A stunning and romantic private retreat situated in the friendly village beach side resort of Roda, offering excellent views of the coastline, mountains and Albania. Newly built 120 m2 to very high standards of color style and designed to every detail and great care, offers privacy and seclusion but is still only 5 minutes walk to both the beach and the village with its excellent restaurants, bars and shops. However you may find that a car is not necessary. It's situated down the road at the side of the Silver Beach Hotel and Alexandros swimming pool, 3 minutes walk to Roda Park restaurant.
Set within its own attractive gardens, surrounded by stoned walls and plants it offer complete security and privacy. The villa is an ideal and economic solution for large groups of 6 to 8 people (2 people can sleep on the sofa bed). It offers 2 bedrooms on the first floor, each with 2 single beds, an en-suite toilet and a shower room with hair-dryer and fitted wardrobes, 22 ‘’ flat TV and both with balconies. The ground floor offers a master bedroom with a double bed, wheelchair friendly en-suite shower and a toilet with hair-dryer and fitted wardrobe, 22 ‘’ flat TV which has access to the veranta and to the swimming pool area. A large bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine, an open-plan kitchen/dining and sitting room which has direct access to the pool area through 2 large balcony doors. The villa is fully equipped with cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, multi, filter coffee machine, espresso coffee machine, glassware, cooking vessels and of course offers a safe-box, satellite 32 ‘’ flat full HD TV and free high speed Wi-Fi internet connection is provided throughout the villa. The interiors have been stylishly decorated creating a light, relaxed and informal ambience, and the complete villa has ambient temperature settings throughout, which can be controlled according to weather, which makes this ideal for use all year round. The villa has insect screens in all the bedrooms, bathrooms sitting room doors and windows.
Outside there is a large patio seating area, 5m x 8m :(40m2) swimming pool with under water lighting, with 6 sun beds, 3 parasols, swing-seat, outside shower, barbeque, outside eating facilities and private parking.
The villa is also wheelchair friendly.
